📦 Delivery Information

💰 Return & Refund Policy

Every product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch.
Refunds or returns are only applicable if you receive the wrong product (different item, color, or size than what you ordered).

To request a return:

  1. Share an unboxing video and clear product images within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will verify and arrange a pickup if eligible.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, wrong size selection, or minor shade variations due to lighting or screen differences.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer an exchange option for your convenience:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchange shipping & handling charges are ₹150, which must be prepaid before dispatch.

  • In case of a wrong or defective delivery, the exchange will be free of cost.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags & packaging intact.
